“Marina Limion”, the new Yacht harbour in the south of Albania

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy announced the private concession/ partnership granting the tourist harbour and services “Marina Limion”. The projected location of the facility north of the city of Saranda and this is currently owned by the company “Sea Port”. Saranda is the southernmost city of Albania and is located 280 km from Tirana. The concession was granted to the Joint Venture “Kastrati sh.a & Edil – AL – IT sh.p.k” for a duration of 35 years. The construction of this port will help the development of tourism in Albania, especially for foreign tourist that choose to explore Albanian beaches by boat or yacht. The value of this project will be approx. EUR 12 million.
